The options in the downloadable WOCNEC Housing List are divided into three categories: private homes (rooms rented to WOCNEC students by local homeowners), apartments, and hotels. While the listing is updated regularly, individual listings are subject to sudden changes, especially in regard to private homes and apartments. When selecting housing, we strongly advise asking landlords for references from recent student tenants or visiting Atlanta to meet the homeowners and to inspect the relevant housing situations.

Emory WOCNEC faculty DO NOT officially investigate or approve any housing site, though we do modify this list based on student feedback. We hope that you will be as comfortable as possible while at Emory, so we strongly encourage you to be completely aware of your needs and expectations when selecting housing.
